Humglow does not store your full credit or debit card details on our servers.

3. Currency & Taxes

All orders are charged in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Any applicable sales tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

4. Payment Processing

Payment is processed when you place your order.

Once your payment has been successfully approved, your order can move forward for processing.

If a payment is declined, the order will not be confirmed. You may review your payment details and try again or use another available payment method.

5. Payment Verification

For order security, additional payment or order verification may occasionally be required.

If the required information cannot be verified, the order may be cancelled and any applicable payment will be refunded to the original payment method.

6. Order Cancellations

If you want to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@humglow.com.

Cancellation requests can only be accommodated when the order has not yet entered processing or shipment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

7. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to make the refunded amount available in your account.
